National Capital Bank adds Duncan and Biehl to its construction and commercial lending teams

National Capital Bank has named Bradley J. Duncan senior vice president and director of construction loans and Sean A. Biehl vice president and commercial loans officer.

Duncan has 29 years of experience in the real estate lending business and will be responsible for managing National Capital Bank’s construction portfolio and developing new lending opportunities focused on new construction, renovation and expansion. for the residential, multi-family, office, retail and industrial construction sectors.

Biehl’s banking career spans more than 16 years, beginning in senior positions in bank branches before becoming a credit analyst and commercial loan officer. Leveraging his experience in the Northern Virginia market, Biehl will be responsible for cultivating new relationships with commercial and industrial customers.
